The De-Sander is designed to remove sand and small product before threshing. It is available in widths from 4 feet(1.2m) to 6 feet (1.8m).
Features & Specifications
- De-sands both sides of the leaf with agitating rollers. One side of the leaf is agitated then it is turned over and the other side is agitated.
- All product that is conveyed on top of the agitating rollers continues to processing.
- Anything that has fallen thru the rollers is classified by a two-screen vibrating conveyor. Top screen with main product goes over a second screen and to processing, and sand/dust go thru a bottom screen to a pan and then to the dust collection system.
- Constructed of stainless steel and powder-coated mild steel.
